  • How do I create an account?
    If you already have an account with us, click on “Login” on the top right side of the page and enter your login details. If you do not have an account with us, click on “Register” under log-in and enter your details to register an account with us.
  • How do I contact customer service?

  • How do I place an order?
    Orders are placed via our online store and not on our social platforms. if there is an item you you would like to purchase, click on the “Add To Cart” button. Once all your items are added to the cart, select the cart icon on the top right corner and then “View Cart” to check your order. If you are happy with your order you may then click on “Checkout."
  • Payment Options
    Brainbox Kids use Peach Payments for safe and secure transactions – Credit Card, Debit Card, EFT and Masterpass are accepted.
  • How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?
    Delivery to your door will take place between 5 – 10 business days.
  • What are my delivery options?
    We only offer courier door-to-door services.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    We charge a flat rate of R90 across South Africa. Free delivery will apply for all orders over R900.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • What is your returns policy?
    If you would like to return an item purchased, you may do so within 7 days of your purchase provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you have returned an item purchased in accordance to our Return’s Policy, you will be provided with one of the following options: an exchange of the item or refund to the original method of payment used to pay for the item.
